Support Groups & Classes
Our Support Groups utilize Mental Health Grace Alliance, a collection of resources providing simple, innovative and grace-filled mental health solutions and community support for those experiencing a personal journey with depression, anxiety, or bi-polar.
Participants begin by taking part in either Living Grace, a 16-week curriculum for adults of all ages, or Redefine Grace, a 10-week curriculum for those 18-29 years old. Once the curriculum has been completed participants are encouraged to join a peer-to-peer Thrive Group.
Please note: If you are specifically looking for family or teen support, please go directly to https://mentalhealthgracealliance.org/online-grace-groups for resources or to find and join a family group.
For questions and concerns please contact tmc.139@moodychurch.org .
