Hello Chorus Parents!
As you know, the Children’s Chorus is singing this Sunday morning. There are a couple things to note below:
- Please have the kids ready to go at 8:30am in Christiansen. You know this already, but a good breakfast really helps the kids get ready for this big morning.
- As a reminder, we do not have the correct sizes of red chorus shirts so we will wear a plain blue (any shade) or white shirt and black on the bottom. The shirt can have a small pattern on it such as stripes or argyle, but try to stay away from any large graphics. Boys should wear black pants, girls can wear skirts and tights or pants and everyone should have black socks and shoes.
- The kids will be with us from 8:30am until after they sing. The kids will leave the Sanctuary during a video that will play during the offertory. We encourage you to stay for the video and the Scripture reading afterward and then please exit the Sanctuary to pick up your kids from Kappeler.
- The kids will be able to grab a snack in Kappeler after we sing. There will be bananas, fruit snacks, and cheese sticks.
This service is the end of our 2018-2019 Children’s Chorus season. I can’t tell you how much I love singing with the kids and teaching them each week! Thank you for all your love and support and especially for your efforts to bring your children week after week. I pray you will have a great summer and we hope to see you back on September 11, 2019.
