Hello!
I’m so excited for our upcoming Christmas Musical – yes, that’s right, Costco is not the only place preparing for Christmas. ? The kids in 3rd-5th grade have worked hard and taken many risks by auditioning for our musical and I’m so happy for their willingness to sing and interact with their friends. I was hoping to post the cast list in person, but I discovered I made a mistake just before T&T let out so I needed to send it via email instead. Thanks so much for your patience. The list was sent via email and is also on our Christmas musical webpage.
A quick note that will hopefully help explain some confusion: We like to include as many kids as possible so we have reassigned and recreated a few of the roles in the musical. Some characters do not exist in the original play but will be explained at our first speaker rehearsal on October 3 from 12:30-2:30pm.
Just for some quick facts.
- Kids in grades 1-2 do not audition for speaking roles but can audition for solos later this year.
- Each family will be responsible for their own costumes unless otherwise communicated by the director. We will help you find the right costume for your child(ren)!
- Kids with large speaking roles will need to attend extra Sunday afternoon rehearsals. Please make sure these times will work for your family and let me know of any conflicts. The fall schedule can be found here.
