Hello!
I hope you are having a great week and are looking forward to all the fall things. 🙂 We are getting ready for the upcoming performances with the Children’s Chorus and we are excited to worship with you soon! To help us prepare for the Christmas Musical, we will have a rehearsal this Sunday, October 20, from 12:30-2:30 pm in the choir room and Sanctuary. This rehearsal will allow us to learn some of our choreography and to start blocking some of the larger numbers of the musical. Please try to be present if at all possible.
Schedule for Sunday, Nov. 20:
12:30 – arrival in Christiansen
– Costco pizza will be provided
1:00 – 2:30 – Rehearsal in the choir room and Sanctuary
2:30-3:30 – Large speaking roles only rehearsal in the Sanctuary*
If for some reason you cannot make it to the choreography rehearsal, please take the time over this week to watch the videos and learn the choreography at home! You can find them on our Christmas Musical page, the password is sing. You can also find downloadable listening tracks there so that you can play the music from your phone, or you can check out a CD on Wednesday or Sunday.
One final thing, we will NOT have a rehearsal on Sunday, November 27. We are doing great work and we will not need to have another choreography rehearsal that day. We WILL have rehearsal for students with large speaking roles from 12:30-2:30 on the 27th and pizza will be provided. A list of students who are required at the large speaking role rehearsals is below.
