Today we’re joining you online from Wisła, Poland! The European Leadership Forum is off and running, and we’re amazed to see some of what God is doing to make His name known throughout Europe. We are greatly encouraged and running hard. Thank you for your continued prayers for our family as the kids enjoy time with their Ohio grandparents!
In addition to my talk about pastoral succession on Wednesday, Krista and I will be connecting this week some key Global Outreach ministry partners who are also attending the forum. We’re looking forward to spending time with Pastor Plator Collaku who runs Hands of Providence in Albania. You’ll remember that ministry was the focus of our most recent Redemption Project. We’ll also be connecting with Pastor Staszek Bialecki and his wife, Asia, who are church planters and theological educators in Poland. It’s amazing what God is doing throughout Europe, and it is precious to be able to connect in person with these key ministry partners.
Today we will be blessed to hear the Word of God taught by our very own Pastor Bill Bertsche. I don’t need to remind you of how gracious the Lord has been in giving us Pastor Bill. His wise leadership and encouraging heart strengthen our church in countless ways. And his sense of humor keeps us rolling. I look forward to what he has to share with us this morning!
