Hello!
We’re excited for another week of singing together. You know, I thought we were done with outdoor rehearsals, but we just might get another one this Wednesday. The weather is supposed to be nice so I will email again on Wednesday morning to say whether we will rehearse outside. Thanks so much for your flexibility!

OCTOBER SCHEDULE SNAPSHOT
- We will rehearse as usual for the next three Wednesdays
- On Sunday, October 24 and 31 we will have a choreography rehearsal from 12:30-2:30pm
- We will serve pizza for lunch
- These extra rehearsals are important to developing our ensemble so please do try to attend if at all possible
- Kids with large speaking roles will stay from 2:30-3:30 on both Sundays for further rehearsal
VOLUNTEER NEEDS
We have quite a few volunteer opportunities/needs coming up this fall. If you have a desire to help out in one of these areas, please reply to this email.
Snack Coordinator
This person would be responsible for coordinating snacks on performance days. It would involve communicating with parents before each performance to organize who will bring what snacks and setting up the snack in a designated location. This could be done by more than one person as we have 4 performances a year.
Lunch Volunteers
We need help to set up and serve pizza during our full-choir Sunday rehearsals. This would involve coming at 12:15 to set up the buffet tables and serving pizza and water to the choir. Done by 1:15pm on October 24, October 31, and December 5. Volunteer for one, two, or all three dates!
Performance Day Volunteers
On performance days, we need help from 2 or 3 people approved to work with kids at TMC. This would involve arriving at 8:30am with the kids and then helping direct them where to go, keep them focused during rehearsal, take them to the bathroom, etc. Our first performance is on Sunday, November 21.
